  • Provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our written permission.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.

  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The StackFu service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by StackFu and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to StackFu (such as your stack configurations and preferences). You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the service.

AI-Generated Content

Summaries and insights generated by our AI are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for critical decisions.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may:

  • Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
  • Experience outages due to factors beyond our control (third-party services, infrastructure issues).

We do not currently offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) but aim to communicate any significant disruptions promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • StackFu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or EUR 100 if no payment was made).
  • We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content or dependency information provided through the service.

These limitations do not affect any rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature (when available). Upon termination, you may request an export of your data.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay any applicable fees. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
